Folding Cartons
FOLDING CARTONS
Folding cartons, made from a wide variety of specialized boxboard materials, are firmly established in the marketplace as proven performers for a broad range of products.  Folding cartons are not only durable and protective containers; they provide a medium for almost unlimited visual appeal and messaging, and are extremely functional for both storage and in-store display.  Paper-based boxboard substrates, manufactured from renewable resource material, are one of the most environmentally-friendly packaging options available.  And, because folding cartons are delivered flat, transportation costs are minimized and another environmental advantage is gained.

WINDOW CARTONS
Royale Print offers window cartons to allow your customers to see inside the packaging and witness for themselves the quality of your products.  Window cartons are made of folded boxboard with polypropylene, polyester or acetate window applications depending on purpose and design.

SPECIAL TYPES

MICROWAVE READY
Microwave-ready folding cartons allow your customer to heat your food product in the microwave without unwrapping it.  This saves you the costs of additional packaging material and reduces both time and waste for your customer.

BACON BOARD
Bacon board is a multiple-coated paperboard used for bacon packaging.  It is water and fat resistant.  Bacon board ensures that the package does not get greasy.

WAX CARTONS
Wax cartons protect your product from damage due to moisture and give the perfect shine to your package.  Wax cartons can be frozen without collapsing making it especially valuable for food packaging.

OVEN BOARD
Ovenable board allows your customer to oven-bake your product right in the packaging providing the conveniences of reduced time and clean-up chores.

HYMES BOTTOM
The hymes bottom folding carton is made of a strong carton board, which allows transporting bottles, cans or other heavy products.
SLEEVE:
Sleeves  take over the function of covering other packaging materials, keeping them together or providing the customer with extensive product information.
SPEED LOCK
Cheaper in production than hymes bottom, since they form themselves, but not as strong, speed lock folding cartons are the best solution for regular weight products.
